NMHC and SXC Health Solutions Merge
On May 1st SXC Health Solutions Corp. merged with National Medical Health Card Systems, Inc. (NMHC) to create a very unique company that brings together the highly complementary capabilities of SXC's proven PBM technology tools/domain expertise and NMHC’s established footprint providing traditional PBM services.
As we progress as a single entity, SXC is committed to redefining your pharmacy benefit management experience while continuing to enhance the level of service and capabilities that you have come to expect from NMHC.
The goal of this new company is to further establish SXC as the leader in pharmacy spend management serving a broad customer base, and this transaction is an essential step in that strategic direction.
